Love that idea, I can do a whole company and have a varying sceme!!! 'Cept I want to put alot more depth into that concept so I have a more varying scheme.

I third the idea of painting each a different colour so you know which each looks like.

You've got enough there you could use them as "pixels" too. You're canadian per the little flag on your post, so maybe you could paint them a varying red and white color scheme. Place the red ones on the borders of the company and a few in the middle so that it looks like your maple leaf. Just throwing another idea out there.

Well, you don't HAVE to have special or heavy weapons in squads, so you could still use them in normal games. You would just have to denote your sergeant somehow, either in adding a piece of kit or painting him differently, and you could have 10 whole squads! Marine hordes are nothing to sneeze at! Of course, your game size would have to be pretty high, you're looking at 1800 points minimum to get in the 10 squads plus a commander...
