I'm new, but in the few games I have played I used a striking scorpion with karandras and could of infiltrated close. And killed a cadian assassin, some grey knight terminaters and a grand master.

Also, without Karandras, the exarch can give everyone infiltrate and move through cover.

Andrew, that was a CALLIDUS assassin. Cadians are too slowed to be assassins. They're imperial guard.
