Also, the twin autocannon and twin heavy flamer come in handy more often then not.

I have run a similar list. Its a lot of fun.

If I lose it is because I had bad luck, if you win it is because you cheated.

Holli,

I like your demon idea, I think that would be even niftier than my 3x Rhinos with berzkers. Also, for maximum awesomeness, the Demon Princes have to be lash princes.

I say that immoblised walkers go against from armour, as it says that immobilized vehicles cannont move, yet pivoting does not count as movement. But a Defiler, i find, is always worth it. Either for blasting large swarms of orks, or charging into cc with some poor sucker unit. (screaming noises added when moving the defiler, along with a sadistic waving of the arms helps to scare the life out of your opponent)

On the question of weapons load out: I usually trade the reaper for an extra cc weapon. The battle cannon does just as well (if not better) as the reaper for light armor. I keep the TL Heavy Flamer because those two template weapons give horde players pause. And the extra CC attack is always worth it. This unit is versatile. It can rush forward while firing the battle cannon, or it can stay in the back field and act as a counter charge unit. You can use him to screen against outflankers (especially SNIKROT!) if they don't have the tools to deal with your vehicle. If they do, drive forward and force your opponent to deal with it. If they don't, hey it's a dread in assault with their gunline. I typically run Oblits. But as more of my list becomes mechanized, I find the Defiler has better synergy.
