UHG I totally hear you man. My wife and I lived in an apartment when we first moved out of our parents house forever and a half ago. She was pregnant, and the college kids that lived there, ALWAYS had a ton of buddies over to take up the resident parking. So super prego woman had to walk across 2 parking lots to get into the building. The halways smelled of OLD nasty spaghetti. My upstairs neighbors were the super loud ones late at night. The one across the hall was the let me slam my friggin door as loud as I could type. And someone somewhere in the building, everytime she got the mail, knocked on my door and complained my tv was to loud. (I never watched tv lol) At least I knew when the mail got there.
We own a house now, and havnt lived in an apartment for like 5 years or so. Its GREAT having a house lol

The underwriters have finished their thing and all we are waiting for is the closing date which was set by the federal law that states that first time home buyers have to wait 45 days from the first time they make an offer to closing. This is the longest 45 days ever but will be over on Monday, thank ing God!

Well, I have been in my new house for little more than three weeks. It is great even with all the little fixes that have taken up a good part of that time. Plus the mancave is the best.
