Yeah, the white highlights look a little strange. Build up into them. Also, the paint looks like its going on a little thick. Maybe you should be watering it down a little bit more than you currently are.

The army itself looks great though, really striking colour scheme.

ok answears and mini update.

ive fixed up the highlighting on the commissar, also his paint aint that thick i only used two solid coats of chaos black for the jacket and i used mechrite red for the trim of the jacket.

Nice use of Lt. Varras: I'm not overly impressed by any of the regimental advisors, and its always cool to see conversions and alternate models anyway - adds even more individuality to the army.
