I would assume that it would be entirely possible to make it 'easier' to become a marine without easier trials. All you'd have to do would be to increases the genetic/transplant survival rate. (this is when many die, many of which are accidental or not cuased by a weakness of the aspirant.) But it does not sound like a very 'Chaos' thing to do.

The fluff was an ok read if it's wip. If it's not, you gotta go into more detail (and clarity) with it imo. I think I know what deathbot is on about. In the WD series heroes and villians, it has Fabius' notes. He boasts that at best, he now can make 1 out of a thousand Aspirants survive to become a full fledge marine. That's 0.1%
