Well also this person has made multiple accoutns to try to scam multiple people
so having his address on hadn means that any new accounts he makes will have the same address proving that yes, he is the same guy.

a) Enough of the victims are coming out , this isnt a "hush no one know what i did" scenario anymore.
b) Police can be involved if the person wishes to take it to that lvl , or still offer to "make it right"

One final note - as much as we appreciate the effort shown by people to figure out a resolution to this issue, we would really prefer if this thread refrained from being gung-ho about this and simply let people who have dealt with this person post relevant information on their transactions with him. At the very least, please allow time for the people in question to respond to the allegations.

As such, if you have also had issues with this trader, please feel free to PM me about it. So far, it seems that at least 3 Dakkites have had run-ins with this trader.

Ok heres the deal, Yes both accounts were made by the same IP address as I DID have a roommate that was living with me. He got me into warhammer 40k/fantasy. I myself have only used dakkadakka before trying to sell HIS stuff as a painting guide. But then after 3 months of no rent with from him i booted him. I waited a few weeks before I started to clean out his room. Now I'm trying to get back what is owed to me. I'm sorry if he did scame you.Yes you have MY name and MY address. whic is because he was living here without my landlord knowing and all his mail/packages came under my name. All of what I have I thought to be his own, and all the packages he got I thought he dealt with everyone fair..I was not his keeper and didn't see it my place to make sure he did. Now knowing what he did I should have. And if it was ME who scammed you all, do you really think I'd be that stupid to come back and post pics of minis I knew were scammed from the same place they were scammed from.

As someone who was scammed by your roommate if I pm you will you see if my stuff is amongst the things he left and if not add those things to the list of items to get back from him?

Along with a PM I have from Stiffy claiming that he bought that army from you and that it was being mailed to him (he told me this because I asked if he had any trade references). Putting $950 worth of Tyranids up on the swap shop, closing a deal on them in less than two hours, and mailing them to someone who apparently lives with you? You don't see that one very often.

Also, here is a topic from Gattzooney claiming that he used to play WFB, about 13 years ago:

And here is a PM Stiffy sent me, when I complemented him on the paint scheme of the Necrons I was (allegedly) getting in trade, the important sentence is the first:

"My first army I ever painted was 13years ago. It was a WFB Dwarf army. They look so bad, but hey when its your first you just go with the flow. And ty, the paint colors oddly enough came from a friend of mine who is all about UFO's and such. Its a long and kinda boring story, but to cut it short he was saying something about seeing a alien who was all gold and silver. When I bought the necron's thats all I couldthink of, and thats what came out.kk, will also do the same,"

I find it very hard to believe that you aren't the same person given things like this. However, if Stiffy really was your roommate and was scamming people without you knowing, it seems like the easiest thing to do to make amends would just be to give the stolen models back to those that were scammed. How about it?

Gattzooney , assuming what you said is true , you are now legally responsible to get the police involved , get the minis back
and return them all to the rightful traders. You still have a chance to make this right.

Just to update everyone on what has gone on so far:

Gattzooney was helping to get my stuff back, as he has apparently been doing with the others who were scammed. He PMed me asking what stuff of mine was stolen, then he told me what of it he could find when I gave him the list. I sent him my address and even offered to reimburse him for shipping when the stuff arrived, but haven't heard from him since. I guess we'll see if I get anything in the mail or not.

Need tracking and confirmation still.
