It appears let everyone swing(as far as I know), because as I said, there's no rules for it in the book and we were told it wasn't being done.

However, this wouldn't be the first time RE hasn't properly informed people(canceling both the Legends line and the line of unassembled vehicles were never told to anyone officially). It's probably an item that was on older release lists before it was decided against and just wasn't removed from the revised dates for the release lists.

Automatically Appended Next Post:
I have to say that army box looks like a good deal and IMO strongly vindicates the pre-painted concept.

I'm all for people painting their figures, and we seem to be caught in a place where a lot of people don't bother, and others revile the concept of PP because it invalidates real painting.

In my view, anything that promotes nice looking armies is good. N00bs can by a pre-painted army and field it against a more experienced player's army which he has either touched up or completely repainted.

Both sides get a more visually appealing game, and maybe the n00b will be inspired to take a crack at painting their own figures.

The downside is you lose the fun of building all the models, but not everyone is a modeller.

I'm writing a load of fiction. My latest story starts here... This is the index of all the stories...

We're not very big on official rules. Rules lead to people looking for loopholes. What's here is about it.
