i never see missile launchers/grenade launchers which seem a much more readily available option

I remember RT and 2nd ed where most races would use the same weapons, thankfully 3rd ed rectified this and started the path to giving races are more unique feel, through fluff tactics, army and weapon choices, it kinda works.

i just find the amount of plasma/melta loadout on a typical IG force to be a bit too high
exotic in a comparitive sense
