All of the 'three men in a boat' evening, when they get drunk and compare scars and then you get Quint's dialogue about the USS Indianapolis. Quint's speech, the timing, the amazing acting is my favourite piece of film ever.

It's the best bit of the film and the shark isn't even in it. Shaw, Scheider and Dreyfus are just flawless in this movie.
