Oh they can only target ICs, I must've misread. As for the Weirdboy Psychic Powers, I don't think Zzap is the only useful power on that chart, besides Waaagh!! you have a S6 AP3 blast weapon that automatically hits, the ability to deepstrike, +1A for a turn, and a S10 AP1 attack, as you mentioned before. Not only that, but the odds of getting the Waaagh!! aren't bad at all, with 2 Weirdboyz, you have a 1/3 chance, and with re-rolls, that becomes a 2/3 chance, odds are you're gonna get it at least two or three times in a game.

This might have already been said, but I would definitely bury a PK in each of your units of Boyz. It will give each unit of boyz a nasty punch.

also old zoggy can be a beast if youre in close combat, and roll zzap or frazzle all of his attacks count as i4 power weapons, even the nest of vipers d6 extra attacks, so if youg et lucky he cna be devastating in cc with upo to like 9-10 power weapon attacks lol.

Even then, they don't get to allocate wounds, just attacks. Wound allocation is entirely wounded player controlled.
It's why PK nobs are probably the best unit in the entire dex... they've got 30 wounds. 
I don't quite understand, they can allocate attacks but not wounds? So for example, if they were to target my nob, it would presumably be allowed to roll it's 4+ save (assuming the enemy has no power weapons or the like) but the wounds that aren't saved, don't even have to go to my nob? Than what would the point of targeting it be?
