If you're not happy with the unofficial FAQs that are out there already, write your own.
Ultimately, whether you're saying 'How do you play this rule? And this one? And how about this one?' or just saying 'How about we use all the rules in this unofficial FAQ?' comes to the same thing in the end.
Yes it does. However it's easier to say " INAT FAQ?" as opposed to reciting all the rules of the INAT. Also, it means that players can play a functioning ruleset from game to game.

I assumed the whole Black and white theme it would Not be needed. In any case, you'd be better off copypasting into Openoffice or something to make sure the pages don't overlap.
And as for RAW answers, it's RAW because thats what the rules say
