Fair enough I suppose. That's kind of what attracts me to the fluff of the game, it's vast and incomprehensibly big that an innumerable amount of campaigns can occur without singularily affecting the bigger picture. Everyone has thier part in it, but no single battle will ever totaly decide the outcome.

I hate it when people claim "My Space Marine Chapter Destroyed the Orks and saved the whole Imperium!!!!1!"

thats when you grab there Fluff book and beat them with it

I wish my lawn was emo...
Then it would cut itself.

In the end, SoB are uppity female canines who enjoy their faith in the emperor so much, I'd say they themselves are no longer truly human. They've given up normal life in exchange to become bolter-bitches.

Not exactly 40k but still, I had just finished painting my BFG Imperial Navy Fleet. It was blue, hightlighted, and had a white/gold helm.

I take it to our FLGS. Many comments all around, congrats on my improved painting skills ect.

Then a random kid walks up and say "Cool, Ultramarines!"
