It says if both green and red light is on , means its ready.

But it obviously isnt charged fully -_- and it says i'll need to do it 6-7 times if its new. Yes but 6-7 times what? do i leave it on the charger even if the light says its ready?

CONFUSED!

I'll just unplug everything and phone tomorrow -_-

About to eat your Avatar...

The noise is from the battery charger

Take it back to the store, and unplug the thing now. I have no idea what the probability of the battery doing something dangerous is, but a charger should make absolutely no noises, so I assume that your battery is freaking out for some reason.

Just take it in to the store, and ask them what is wrong with it. If their answer is longer than 2 minutes, ask for a refund, or an exchange. Test the new drill, if you happen to go that route.

I don't know really, it seems like you are going to cause yourself more problems than a simple fix like this is worth.

Consider it a learning experience, you learned one of the reasons it is usually worth it to hire a professional. I would not call this a complicated job from what I understand, but you are having an awful lot of trouble just using a drill. I don't mean that in an insulting way, just that you could be biting off more than you can chew.
