Simple isn't it. Once the first nine or ten people get burnt alive or thrown off bridges, I am sure people will think twice before abusing kitties.

This is how I feel about violent crimes anyways. Tooth for a tooth kind of logic. I bet that guy and his friends wouldnt be video taping themselves being hurled off that same bridge. And last I checked, breaking femur bones is insanely painful, and takes forever to heal

Assuming you don't die of blood loss. Shattered femurs are nasty business, given that they are central to the production of red blood cells.
