Ah. But no one was taken advantage of yet, it was a question asked about a dodgy rules interpretation.

I just can't abide people allowing others to walk all over them by claiming they know the rules better / a GW employee told them / my cousin's girlfriend's brother plays this army and he's a pro. Many of these abuses could be stopped cold by reading the BRB or asking the opponent to show you the relevant bit in his codex. Nothing specific against the OP - he can see the dodgy bit and asked a good question on it.
