Got a responce, they are going to give a refund.

I've ordered from them 14 times since they opened. My first order # is O-3 so I believe I had the 3rd order.

Of the 14, the majority went perfectly, but a couple had some mistakes. I was eventually able to get everything sorted though. Their communication has broken down significantly... no good reason IMO.

I liked them best because:
-prices were reasonable
-free shipping on bulk orders
-FW and direct only bits

They've either stopped the restocking newsletter or haven't restocked in a long while. I hope they can get back up to speed so I can get the parts I want.

I got a restock the other day.

I told them that they should read thier emails and answer the phone more.

and the responce was "Thanks for the tip."
