That whole thing looks good, I don't think I've ever seen anyone (outside of a GW diorama) model the Emperor before.

Man those are some beautiful models! I love the Custodes, I'd love to see a close up of Khan as well! One question though, the lion statues: Where did you get them? I'd love to pick some up for terrain purposes. Great work!

I think one of my favorite things on the board is the Chaos drop pod, and the pre-heresy helmet on the guy crushed beneath it.

How much gold paint did you go through for this?

Not to kick dirt on the accomplishment, but according to my memory, the Thousand Sons were never involved with the siege of Terra. They were busy on Prospero dealing with the Space Wolves.

So sad I missed this on Sunday, as I was in the Blue rather than the Yellow tournament, and missed the chance to walk around the hall and check out most of the armies while waiting to get in from the waiting list.

So awesome.

I believe that's incorrect. The remnants of the Thousand Sons vanished from Prospero but turned up, in their "current" Blue and Yellow armor, at the siege of Terra. Or at least that's what I recall... 'Course with how the BL seems to be heck-bend on re-writing the Horus Heresy-era fluff, who knows... After the change to the Council of Nikaea, for all we know Thousand Sons now ride pink ponies to battle...
