You can always use the tried and true Marvel Comics method of Moster Nameing...get a bunch of your boyz and a pad of paper and sit around dricken' beer & eaten' spicy sausage and write down all the rude noises that come up...this also works well for 'nids and Chaos Daemons

This works great I've been kicking around a SW list idea thats going to be lead by King Greyskull, so all hail the mathematician's motto "Plagiarize, Plagiarize, Plagiarizr, only aways be sure to please call it research."

And remember to twist the spelling around a bit as well.

Inside that little light in your refridgerator

Ork names are sooo easy, it's ridiculous.
You can actually give a small child the mini, a piece of paper and a pen, and they will come up with a usable name in about 10 mins

For example, my warboss' name is (after testing the above) Big Boss Killyface.

Imperial names can be difficult, but go with latin stuff or variations of modern names.
Some examples from my IG army are:

Fenn (Commander)
Moerck (Commisar)
Idercz (Psyker)
Heironymus Bach (Inquisitor)
Pole (Ratling(i know they don't have a leader per se, but i like the one who look grizzled))
Barasq (Techpriest)
Tranio + Kwarski (Junior Officers)
Castus, Pollux, Kuille, Decue, M'kerre (Various sergeants)
Helvstok + Que-Learne (Stormtrooper sergeants)

Feel free to use any of the Imperial ones

Mostly i take the names from everywhere, no matter where they come...

as my Fantasy Khorne champion was Kitenge (i have seen too much "The Simpsons" and the champion was a black man)
or the Tovschenko broters (all the Comissars in my IG army) or Great Captain Flint (Black Corsairs chapter master)

i have no problem with it, if inspiration don't arrive to my mind... i have a lot of books were a can "borrow" names....

Excellent Exalted Champion of Chaos

Grim Forgotten Nihilist Forest.

I named my Nurgle Lord Belus. After the god of purity and beauty, it also happens to be a album of a band I listen too.

Think of the Crow in power armor basically I wanted kind of a dark goth guy as the leader of a Chaos Warband as oposed to the gun troting lunatic screaming blood for the blood god.

My diggaboss' name/alias is simply "Da UnOrky," which is fairly direct as far as a name goes.

Oh Yeah I almost forgot one of my other best places to get ideas from...Schenectady.

A big sweaty Ogryn hug to whoever guesses that referance (from a big sweaty ogryn the commissar likes to call Bubba...he just wants to hug)
