Correct. If the TO unreasonably changes the rules, twice, then the Tyranid player automatically wins and the opponent is not allowed to play at all. Sounds like a nice law suit.

Nobody is going to rule that tanks cannot tank shock like that. There is not a single 40k player who is so bone headed slowed that they would do that.

Anyone going to try this on Ard Boyz? Since so many are playing IG, force them to reserve doesn't seem so bad.
