The difference between 'could' & 'would'. We have mostly said what we 'could' be but in the 'would' side I guess the vast majority of us would just be normal citzen workers. A bit like here and now really!

I would want to be a stock Imperial Guardsman.
Why: Because I want a weapon that is multipurposed. I can use my Lasgun light up dark rooms so I don't stub my toes trying to get to the light without having to worry about putting holes in the walls.
Also, I think it would be oddly "heroic" to be a guardsman. They're the most humanlike race in 40k and they're fighting all of these weird aliens who are better than them.
