Are you using an airbrush- or a regular brush?


Frisk masking sheets are what that stuff is called in the UK. It has the same kind of sticky as Post-it Notes, which can easily be lifted and repositioned without sticking down hard.

An airbrush is much better for using a stencil. When you hand brush, there is a strong chance of the paint being forced under the stencil.

But can you print (inkjet) onto frisk sheets? ...and are they re-usable?

If you want one you can print on purchase a stack of overhead projector sheets and use them.
