I just saw a big-ass unit of Ogres wipe the floor with a giant horde-sized unit of White Lions with 4+ characters. Just sayin'.
Yeah sorry should have been more specific. Of the monstrous infantry in the game Ogres are among the worst; while they are pretty beefy now although I still think they are low tier due to their lack of ranks and how they'll be facing steadfast enemies every game. Minotaurs are ridiculous, especially if they start winning combats. Gnoblars are just gonna feed
CR to the infantry units and have a 1/6 of not being able to move. Can't wait for that book to be redone since it had a very themed outlook which isn't really how the game works anymore.

Island of Blood. Hope you need some more High Elf or Skaven models!
I'm gonna buy that more than likely but lugging around that phone book for a few months is gonna suck.

Yeah,
40k players (I don't mean that disparately) imagine if 30+ of your guardsmen could be hit by a single blast that reduces their armor save to a 6 or a strength 5 blast that hits 20+ models and doesn't give them a save at all. That's what template weapons do in fantasy.
