I came thinking I'd find an Alpharius or Insaniak pylon but it's still impressive

So basically,
1 used monolith + 1 engine and arch sprue from Hoard O Bits = Pylon + a bunch of extra parts + awesome?

Well played sir!

Only the insane have strength enough to prosper. Only those who prosper may truly judge what is sane.

hmm, haven't updated this in a while and I don't mean to necro but essentially YES.

Or it's one base segment and 2 engine and arch segments = pylon

The problem being now of course that I think rather a LOT of people might have seen this or got ideas and began buy the #@$$#% out of them.

Nice because it's more necron power out in the world and worse because Hoard A Bit literally told me in an e-mail that the monolith parts usually don't ALL sell well so they don't buy them often. I.E. No one wants the goofy guns or sides all that often. This screws people like me over who dreamed of spamming 5 of these babies in a punishing little formation written down in IMP-ARM:APOC.

Thankfully I have three of the little buggers and have managed a ridiculously easy conversion (read: slowed simple) for a super-monlith to sub as a fourth.

Covnersely, again, for all you other Necron fans we are now literally ALL scavening from the same pool of parts.

Gwar: "Of course 99.999% of players don't even realise this, and even I am not THAT much of an ass to call on it (unless the guy was a total dick or a Scientologist, but that's just me)"
