Ballistic skill 4.
Crack Shot rule.
+1 to armor penetration rolls.
Reroll failed wounds on monstrous creatures.

Vanquisher rolls an additional D6 for armor penetration.

Meaning maximum AP damage for vanquisher is 21.
Two sixes, S8 and +1 for pask.

Maximum AP damage for lascannon is 16.
One six, S9 and +1 for pask.

Maximum AP damage for Plasma cannons are 14.
One six, S7 and +1 for pask.

Yes, I can glance your precious land raider with a plasma cannon. If you get close enough that is.

Land Raider Crusader. Hands down. Don't know of it's because of the ability to fire all of its standard weapons even when moving 12 inches, or if it's because I just like to roll an boatload of dice. But either way, that's where my money is.

I'm more a fan of the Redeemer myself, simply because two flamers, each of which can fire at a seperate target and are AP 4, are hella nice.

My Fire Warriors hate them, but they beckon to me.

Pask is a IG LRBT upgrade that gives the upgraded tank BS4, +1 to AP rolls, reroll to wound on MCs.

Not necessarily LRBT. I believe you can put him in any Leman Russ variant.

Yep, any variant. Have an enemy with a lot of termies, stick him in an executioner with plasma cannon sponsons.

Flamestorm Cannons are actually AP3.

Landraider Redeemer for me, or Grey Knight Landraider Redeemer with Flamestorm Incinerators

I have to agree with the Land Raider Crusader. Soooooo many shots comming out of that thing, and to top it off a bunch of assulty mariney people flying out of the thing. If it wasn't for all the armor on the fireld in 5th ed LRC would be full of win.

Although its not that practical in most games i think the vindicator is the coolest looking tank in the whole imperium.

I think the baneblade is better than the stormlord and its variants due to the fact that the baneblade has a rotating turret.

I only played apocalypse once and I'm not sure if superheavy tanks can get immobilized, but if they can the stormlord gets put to shame easily, just run out of its 45 degree aim and its almost as defenseless as a newborn puppy.

If we're talking about tanks, not just any vehicle, then I love my crusader. drive up next to an enemy squad drop off my HQs and termies, let them dakka up their target, and the LRC shoots the next 2 closest units so they can't just swarm my termies. Assault phase, my termies + chaplain or libby (or both) lead their ironclad brethen in some major pwnage.

The manticore is alright but the basilisk is cheaper in points and has unlimited ammo.

My favorite tank all around is the Vindicator.

Nothing quite says "screw you" than a strength 10 AP2 template. Heheheh

OMG, that made me LOL like nobody's business.

I like the Fortress of Arrogance specifically because of Yarrick, I intend to have one when I feel my points are verging on large enough for Apocalypse on my own, and thus I eye the Baneblade every time I walk in my FLGS. Other than that, I guess a Land Raider because that's the best formerly-Imperial Tank I get as a CSM player.
