They don't speak English in
40k, so everything is 'really' a translation from Gothic. Authors write swearing based on their preferences and how they think it will affect book sales, there are a number of
40k books that use regular bad language and not made up words. Personally I prefer it if an author either uses real swear words or just doesn't swear, the Battlestar Galactica substitutions just seem like something I would have done in 3rd grade and really seem silly used by a hard-bitten soldier climbing out from under a pile of bodies.

It's just an Orkization of 'sod off', which is a British expression meaning 'screw off' (can be insulting, can be just casual). A lot of 'strange ork expressions' are really just common British expressions with phonetic spelling of ork pronunciation.
Oddly, Throne seems to be in use pre-heresy in the Thousand Sons HH novel. To me, that word makes a lot more sense as a curse/swear only after the Emperor ascended the Golden Throne, but apparently BL had other ideas...
"Throne" doesn't have to refer to the Golden Throne specifically, it's referring to the Emperor himself and/or the palace the same way the Brits used to use "Crown" to refer to the reigning King or Queen. They're basically cursing using the Emperor in place of "God" or "Heaven" for swearing, though pre-Heresy they're in denial about it.
