I might do something similar, At the place where I play Warhammer, they have an RC car track. I have always wanted to race RC cars but I am too cheap to spend hundreds of dollars on a functional RC car... And since Anyone should have whatever they want, I am going to print out a paper Racecar, tie a string to it and run around the track dragging my paper car around making 'vrooom vroooom' noises! Finally i can participate with those RC car races! And those ignorant fools spent all that money for what I could do basically for free, the dumb jerks.

Who cares about having fun at other peoples expenses, it is not like these hobbies are social in nature and I actually have to interact with others as I do everything I can to ruin their good time by crapping all over their hobby and demanding to be included in their social activities and no one could possibly dislike or be upset with it.

If only I could also figure out how to participate in the RC airplane hobby without spending money and using only paper... maybe someone will invent an airplane out of paper.
