I have been trying to watch it and it keep freezing up in places, it was so annoying i gave up, i will try tomorrow, i dont know whats doing it.

That's weird. I have had no other reports of problems. Hopefully I'll upload the new episode to iTunes soon, if you're still having trouble you can subscribe/watch it there.

There currently isn't an audio-only feed released...but if you have an ftp that I can drop the mp3s off on I'd be happy to!
