Think of the female gremlin from gremlins 2. Also (And i know this maybe a slightly unpopular suggestion) you could use female body builder as a bit of a reference. They have more masculine features yet remain femanine looking.

Actually I just thought that orks aren't human so using humans as a reference wouldn't work but when comparing gorrilla and ork they look a lot like each other (small eyes, drawn out face, long arms...).

So I came to conclusion to not to change ork head (maybe just add more hair) because gorilla male and female faces look the same.

would it work if necromunda girls get painted green skin?
as i recall the got some rather beefy looking female models there.

and altough some people take their hobby rather (too?) serious, i think that playing with plastic soldiers needs a hilarious sight once in a while and female orcs just fit in right there...

Personaly if you want to build a female ork unit or possibly an all female ork army and for whatever reason that seems likely to you,,, thats up to you personaly i can imagine some slenesh deamons playing around with some mutations on a bunch of orks to pervert and temp them with new sensations and feeling they never had before.............

but please for the love of god will people stop posting that horrible bloodbowl cheerleader,,,,, my brain will never be clean again




and maybe a updated pic on how its going but seriously dude if you can't think of a half baked reason to do it in the fluff then why bother unless its just a chalenge to make the most ridiculous unit you've ever seen and if thats the cast then let us in on the joke!

Those torsos look good so far Regarding heads, you could try converting some of the usual ponytailed hats (so they will have softer features).

Somehow, people get fascinated with death, violance, xenophobia and other negative qualities of life, and 40k universe embraces most of these motives anyway. In fact the fanatical Imperium resembles the Third Reich in a few ways. Myself I hate those nazi paintjobs too, though. Few months ago I have seen a converted nazi squat army, it looked good but the idea was just gross.

So I read this and was half inspired and half board. So I went threw my ork bits and came up with this. Still need to paint it.
