I'm pretty sure that if there are no conclusive psychological markers that easily give away what this is, which is serial killer-like behavior.

And I'm absolutely positive there's no question on the recruitment forms asking "Have you ever thought about wearing someone's skin? If yes, what the feth man?".

I think that the bad things he says and thinks are more sins of omission - not fully analysing the rhetoric he parrots. I mean, we're talking about someone who paraphrased Sarah Palin here.
