I'm going to order the Forces of books for Khador and Cygnar, and Mercs... then we'll wort out what is what... I like the wardog of reinholdt for 1 pt options, I like the charger jack and JR warcaster, and I like the Cyclone... how many Jacks can Stryker run well? I also like the Man-O-Wars and Pikemen... we like Eiryss and the Boomhowler group, and are looking into Hordes and the Trollbloods.... we've just been looking at pictures and these are models we like...
Next is the books though, for sure....

That depends on function of the jacks. Stryker(s) have 6 focus and can get 1 from Squire if it is included in the list. Ranged jacks can work with 1 focus turn, except Charger which would like to have 2 or 3 per turn. When you are sending heavy to melee you usually want to give it the max 3 to get the kill. In addition to the allocation to jacks you need to think how many and which spells you are going to cast. pStryker has 3 nice upkeeps which need 3 to upkeep every turn. I would say Stryker can run 3 jacks well, one melee heavy and then one ranged and lancer for the node.

I normally stop at Rowdy and a Lancer for either Stryker regardless of if he has the Squire. Rowdy is very focus efficient so it reduces the amount of focus that Stryker has to give out to make him work.

Thanks guys, for all the input, I have some more recent threads with the lists I'm working on...
I now have, Stryker, Haley, Siege, Jr., the battlebox jacks, B13, Arcane Tempest gun mages, and reinholdt... I think that's it... I'm adding ATGM Capt., Arlan, and a Hunter next... to get to 35, and then Stormblades, full unit with UA and WA....and maybe Eiryss or something to get to 50.....?
We also picked up the 2player set, great buy...
for some reason I have the PoM list sorted at 50pts in like no time at all... and I haven't even assembled or played any of them yet...LOL
Our Khador is currently at about 40 Pts. and growing, the only thing left now is maybe Beast '09, IFP, and alot of Winter Guard....with Joe of course...
