Its about time they started, the market has been there for them for way too long for them to ignore it any longer. Glad its based on oWOD, it just made more sense to me

Aye, tbh I intially thought it was some kinda of vindication to the WoD over the nwod.

But after discussing it elsewhere, it does become more likely that the WoD was mainly chosen due to Bloodlines.

You don't release a Computer game and then try to explain to a hardcore group of fans of an older game, this 'isn't' the same world as last time, no Malks for you.

Either way, I'll be playing a Lasombra if possible at launch, if not, aTremere.

Hmm still wondering how to bridge that subject with my youngest son, 'Son I named you after a Vampire in a Roleplay setting.'

awesome!

nWOD just didnt have the flavor that oWOD had IMHO

I wonder if theyll have a system in place for Elysium (think guild drama/highschool x10 with actual in-game consequences)

sidenote: the people who think that twilight fans arent V:TM fans and vice versa are seriously kidding themselves.

so yes... you will have many many many Edwards and Bellas in this game

but im looking forward to ripping their throats out

I expect there will be a few who like both settings however from what I've seen, most Twilight fans are not VtM fans.

Hell most don't seem overly interested in other settings full stop, in all honesty I'd be surprised if many Twlight fans even learn about this game, never mind come to play it.

As to Elysium, I hope so, would make sense and easily implimented. To give a WoW example, Shattrah and Dalaran both where no combat allowed locations, so it shouldn't be an issue to put in there somewhere.

If I'm honest, I'd be expecting to see at least one location, hopefully more... Could do with Primogen Council area, a Nightclub of some kind and probably a Museum or something similar.
