I don't think slanesh is that prevalent . . . yet (when deviant forms of sex becomes commonplace and are public, then i'd vote slanesh, but we have more work to do to get there. So get crackin!)

I think all of them are prevalent in the world, but Slaanesh more so than the others; with porn, the constant want to look the best, STDs being so common, drugs, ect. Most people in the world are out to please themselves through whatever means they like best.
