Iron Knights are easy. Black base coat, silver primary (black is trim and already done with base coat) and red eyes.

The Imperium using advanced technology is like drinking Pepsi out of a Coke bottle.

It's easily Necrons, but Marines are equally easy depending on the colour scheme you want to do!

S'all fun and games until some no life troll master debates all over your space manz & ruins it for you

Crons.
If you just want them silver its literally about 4 or 5 quick steps.

1. Primer or if you can find a good silver primer.
2. Base Coat of SIlver (if you don't find a primer)
3.1. Detail (Eyes, Chest Symbol, Gun, Highlights)
3.2. Apply Wash
4. Detail base (sand/grass/rocks/whatever)
5. Glue in green rod for Gauss Blaster.

Done.
Literally takes about 10 minutes if you do it to a "decent" standard.
Probably less if you can find a good silver primer that you like.
