These were pretty much the first miniatures i ever painted best part of two years ago.

my two AOBR dreads made to look a bit more venerable (and shown next to a regular dread for comparison). i didn't like the look of the dread's "i just got off of a horse after riding all day" hips so i straightened them and gave the big boys some actual thighs.

Here are mine, poor loyalists didn't stand a chance, they where swallowed up by Grandfather, obvious with a few bits and greenstuff.








Not painted the Orcs yet, and the standard marines are to be sold.

I have finished very few of these guys but the ones that are done are pretty good IMHO

Still haven't gotten around to the rest of them.

Sergeant from the sprue, painted as Blood Raven to my tabletop commission standard. I have to say, for one or two piece casts these are incredible. I loved painting him too. Plenty of detail. The one annoyance, apart from the Tactical arrow, is the lack of a rim on his chainsword shoulderad. It just unablances the whole thing. Might go back and give him a plasticard rim.
