Killed an assault squad with an exploding Griffon heavy mortar. Way to roll ones for those armor saves.

Yea sometimes math just fails terribly...

Had a small grot squad (3 remaining) shoot the last wound off of a great daemon.

I had a squad of 10 chaos teminators advance 34 inches under fire from 24 FW, taking no casualties, they reached CC, over 30 attacks and 3 hit, none wounded. The assaulted squad of 12 fire warriors then proceeded to kill 3 terminators as I watched on in disbelief, while 2 of my other friend stiffled laughter, I furrowed my brow and took a roll, wiping out the whole squad in 2 turns of CC. The next rapid fire from the other squad of 12 FW killed 3 teminators, bring squad numbers down to four, I charged the second group of FW, killed 7, they ran but managed to turn round next turn. they then rapid fired and killed 2 mre temi's. the last surviving termi charged wiped out the rest of the squad.

I lost that game, as it took several hundred points of terminators to kill about 240p worth of FW. My friend now very helpfully brings that incident up when we play, and I place my terminators on the board.
