The vanilla marine 'dex can be incredibly effective, but every 'dex can.
it does depend on the build and the player, and formy you are a rather good player

Loving the looks of these! My own fist's highlights are a little more subtle, but I like your basing better than the desert basing I use. That rhino is sweet too.

How do haven't commented yet so thought I would, your marines are nice but most things you paint are nice.
I wouldn't worry to much about the loss to my guard. My list was designed to kill MEQ plus I had some good luck (majority of my ordinance hitting) and you had some some bad luck (the unpleasantness with Pedro).

Yeah its brilliant, It doesn't use any dice, just cards. Great combat system and uses cm not inches. All round pretty different from 40k or Fantasy.

Cheers all, i tried to do a unconventional paint job. Most spiders are black and i was going to paint it black but i knew it would just creep me out eveytime i saw it, at least this way i know its not an actual spider. 'shivers'
