My vote went for the Laughing God (I know, big surprise from an Eldar player). Who else made some gods eat each other? And that is not everything our little trickster did..
Tzeentch is a close second.
The Deceiver tricked the C'tan into eating eachother so I'd say he's on par, minimum, with your Laughing god.

Gork and Mork should be one option.
There were several references in the old fluff to them beating up the chaos gods 'fer a larf' and that leads me to vote for them.
