Someone in the gallery asked about the hydra guns, here's the kit.

I actually just bought BOTH the Attack Shuttle, and Runabout ship on ebay for a good price...BASED on your recommendations thanks!!! I also picked up based on another members recommendations a ROBOGEAR CONDOR...all of which will take the place of a Vendetta/storm raven/valkyrie....cause bloody hell...those models are expensive as hell!

I'm lovin' the Uberphallis pattern artillery conversion, very cool.

Arg did you ever try to paint something that big in yellow? It would need like 4 coats. Anyway I did my fleet of civilian trucks in brown, in part because of the UPS thing and in part because they usually count as terrain and no one ever paints their army brown.

So yeah, moving to Trinidad and not having any other players and my lack of enthusiasm for 6th edition kind of threw this project off.

But I got tired of seeing the Republic Shuttle on my shelf and well...



Still needs work, more paint, UPS logos and such but it'll make for a nice bit of terrain when the time comes.



The Skyhook class cargo shuttle is a common sight throughout isolated Imperial settlements. Used to carry single cargo pods or smaller vehicles it can land almost anywhere and return to an orbiting mother ship.

(fannon) Like most Imperial fliers the Skyhook relies on a powerful suspensor fields for take offs and reentry and a powerfield to maintain its aerodynamics. The wings and engines provide lift to save the power drain of the fields during horizontal flight. (/fannon)

With two chin turrets the Skyhook has the firepower to clean landing zones of interlopers or bandits.

The underslung cargo arms can hold a pod with a dozen armed warriors or a small vehicle like a rhino or chimera.

The example above is painted in the livery of the Universal Package Syndicate, an ancient trading house dating back to the dark age of technology. It's ancient heritage is rivaled only by Fedelis Ex Astartes commonly known as Fed Ex.

The Skyhunter drone is a common sight in remote parts of the Imperium where a permanent presence cannot be mainitained but occasional deterant lessons are necessary.



Controlled by a servitor encased in its metal body and overseen by distant commanders safe in a bunker or orbiting warship, Skyhunters can maintain overwatch for months at a time until renegades are identitifed for termination. Then they pounce with their missile pods and melta weapons.



Many renegades beliving themselves safe in a cave or in distant hills have awoken to the roar of a Skyhunter's engines and the whoosh of its missiles. Only to never rise again.

(They're modeled so they can serve as Land Speeders with multi meltas/missile launchers if ever needed but they're just that extra bit of grimdark over a flying shoe)
