From what I've seen on those "behind the scenes" shows for factories, most products made from recycled materials tend to have no more than 20% of the recycled material in question, with the remaining 80% being new stuff (for Plastics and Glass). Only metal can be perfectly recycled, and it has to go through alot of treatment to boot.
