To me Battlefleet Gothic still has the best models all around.

But GZG is neat.
Spartan Firestorm I found a dissapointment (Dystopian is cool again though).


Ninja Magic Models has some serious cool ships.

If you like space combat you might want to check out the forthcoming game from Hasbro, Battleship Galaxies.

Obviously I cannot comment on the rules but the game does come with twenty, good looking models and promises of expansions.

Apart from that I would plump for FT or Starmada as rules of choice and the new GZG models are where to start looking to build your fleet.

Hmmmm....color me mildly interested . I would probably proxy the minis, though. The ones pictured in that link don't do much for me. They might look better painted, though.
