Combined my Irish heritage with some Southern tradition and made some "Irish" sweet tea.

I started with coffee and whisky (not whiskey; didn't have any on hand) during the day, then Sam Adams Irish Red, then Sam Adams Scotch Ale when I ran out of Irish, then regular Boston Lager. Lots of fluids and more coffee this morning set me right, though. Good times.

Why would there be any disbelief? Vodka/Red Bull is a potion of relaxation without sleepiness the world over. I recommend Raspberry Stoli as the vodka component.

I honestly didn't even think about the fact it was St. Patricks Day...
...I did drink a few Sam Adams when I got home though...
But then...I do that every day.

I had a snifter of Courvoisier.
St Patrick's day is the one day of the year I won't drink anything Irish, or wear green. I do not wish to be identified as part of the group of the usual drunken louts in my area.
