Micro Arts Studio is doing little molds that you just press the GS down into and make 'em that way. Am getting some to do cloaks, myself.

kanluwen that is a cool idea... is that a to be bought item already? silikon maybe and flexible? the idea is outstanding clever!

As far as I know, it's not available yet. They should be available next week though. As for if it's silicone/flexible, all I know is it's "rubber". I'll post an update when I see it go up for order though, am holding off on buying airbrush paints until then.

And it seems that there's two different molds. The one I posted is the "heavy" fur, this is the "light" fur one:

Looks very much like silicon
GS doesn't stick to it, even without water.

Tried some the other day with a piece cut out of a silicon game console cover.

i have to do some research now as i think this idea should be more used as it shows much potential...you could wrap it over fresh sculpted models to create finer details so fast...i tried a similar design with GS to make a tartan pattern but it didn´t work out as the GS is cured and thus hard^^
