Maybe not a "clone" as such, more like a son artificially made using his own geneseed, something along those lines. Or maybe an adoptive son.

"Hazmarines" chapter - several 1,000 points
The craftworld "Yal Tir" - 2,000 pts & growing

It is highly unlikely.
a initiate could have a kid as they are taken at the onset of puberty. he could have gotten lucky a few days before getting picked up.
but a chapter master is at least a few hundred years upon taking up office.
what could happen,
1) future initiate(between the age of 14-16) gets lucky.
2) Initiate gets taken.
3) Girl happened to get pregnant.
4) the baby is a boy.
5) 12-16 years pass.
6) boy also gets taken as initiate. at this time, the kid is taken about the same time the father is recieving his Black Carapace(the whole implantation process plus time as scout plus possable wait time for a spot in a line company can range from 5-20 years) so it is possable they would have contact and know who the other is.

Tali'Zorah: I appreciate what you're doing here, Shepard.
Commander Shepard: Well, I care deeply about the quarian people.
Tali'Zorah: It's good to be back on the Normandy.
Commander Shepard: Let me know if it's too quiet for you to sleep, and I'll find you someplace louder.
Tali'Zorah: Hmm.
Garrus Vakarian: Uh, I was there when you two had your thing, remember? Just get a room and work it out. |

I know Salamanders are allowed to take part in the happenings on the chapter planet, so I thik they are the closest to having "Family Lives"

Well having on occassion to whack these Space Wolf pups with a rolled up news paper for humping the couch after a night of heavy drinking. I think that in most chapters Honor plays the most part in keeping the marines in check, but for desires and feelings it is stated in Rouge Trader that these feeling are always repressed. So yes Marines can have intimate relations but its frowned upon as disipline and honor must be taken into retrospect first. After all these feelings are what the Chaos Gods used as weapons to create the Horus Herasy event in the first place anger, greed, lust, power and jelousy proved the last straw that broke many a marine.

Yes, they have family lives.
Their family is the brotherhood of the Astartes.

The answer depends on how far back you are willing to go into the fluff of 40k. Rogue Trader had all sorts of craziness between the front and back cover.
