No-shows, I have to say, I can't understand.

Granted, within any large sample of people, some will have family emergencies, accidents, or even be called in to work at the last with no option of refusing (go Wisconsin!) - but if you've paid for the event etc...it's bizarre.

That said Matthias - Tony isn't an adult.

Tony (and I imagine others) have agreed to conduct themselves as adults for the privilege of participating in the event. Should be even more embarassing for the (presumably over 18) guys who walked out without having the common courtesy to check in with the organizers.

That's less than I would have guessed. Being up there as new pairing were made I would have guessed ~10 drops over the day. But I guess that goes to show that even a small number of drops (and I think 6 in 200+ guys is small) can cause a big headache.
