I like the MoT, but perhaps instead of ignoring cover it should force the target to re-roll successful saves? That way it shows how it guides it's way to a weak point, without being too powerful. With MoS I think maybe make it that each wound lost = a -1 penalty on the pinning test. I like MoN as is though. I really wish snipers were more viable in 40k. there's a reason they're so feared on the battlefield in modern warfare.

Do you mean re-roll cover saves, armour saves or just whatever save they try to take?

Whatever save they try and take. It flies through cover without being blocked, hits the armor in the weak points, and even a forcefield will have a weak point. But if that's too OP for the price just go with re-roll cover saves.

I feel the same way about mortars, in real life they cause massive amounts of damage and problems but in 40k guardsmen can just shrug of those shots.....
