They may not be on horses, but consider DE Cold One Knights. The DE characters can take Dragons and Manticores as mounts, so that fulfills your 'knights & monsters' requirement...

I can totally see a unit like that showing up in the next HE release. And it would be awesome- just so long as they don't neglect to update the HE core infantry sets in order to do so.

The price will be awesome too, considering how much they charge for 5 Blood Knights.
