K. In the meantime I'm working on more. I probably looked the horse's arsch with the first post. I use Imageready to make my animated gifs, and was in such a hurry that I didn't even think, "Well gee, Rich. Maybe all that switching back and forth between RGB and Indexed Color might be leaving unwanted artifacts in your gif, eh?" It took me all of five minutes to go back around and clean all of the snowy bits from it, along with a little uproarious applause (using my hand and my face).

I dunno, I think that might be perfect as-is. It maybe doesn't look quite so scheming, but rubbing hands are going to be hard to fit into the image without drastically changing its dimensions.
I certainly look forward to what you come up with, but I think even without the hands that's pretty darn good!

Actually looking at the one you've done already, it looks perfect as the 'snooty' Ork (which is a decent Emoticon to have, although it kind of already crosses with the 'soapbox' orkmoticon).
More than rubbing hands, I almost think that if you just changed it to having a devilish/evil grin, it would emote scheming all on its own even without rubbing hands.

Sorry I kind of dropped off of the face of the planet for a while. I had an attack, and ended up spending some time at the VA hospital. I normally don't just disappear like that, but I'm saddled to a desktop to get online. Now that I'm back home I'll get on it as soon as possible, k?
