I'm not surprised, considering that most actresses Hollywood have are rarely used for anything other than eye-candy.

Just saw it. I didn't like it. Wayyyyy too big of a cast and it moved almost as fast as a micheal bay movie. The pacing was just not good, and as others have said it bounces around far too much.
With matthew vaughn directing I was expecting something a lot more along the lines of the dark knight but what I got was more like transformers... I can only suspend disbelief for so long until things just start insulting my intelligence so badly I have to react negatively.

Do you play 30k? It'd be a lot cooler if you did. |

Well some say it moves as fast as a micheal bay movie and others say it does nothing for the first 2/3rds. So whatever.

Monstrously Massive Big Mutant
|
Saw it yesterday, thought it was a decent movie. IMO it was on level with the other X men movies (but then I don't understand why people hated them).
I liked the way Magneto spent the movie hunting Shaw but ended up continuing his work. The short conversation at the end when shaw is frozen was good.
Frazzled- I think Magneto saw how easily people had turned against the Jews and knew the same thing would happen to the mutants. While he thought he was the only one it wouldn't really be a problem. I think it also comes from Shaw influencing him, while he hated Shaw he could see that he was right.
