At least one, obviously.

Not necessarily. Could be like WotC that had zero-day torrents of books available because someone at the prepress house was snagging PDFs and uploading them...

I'd probably buy other codexes if they were cheaper and digital format.
but yea i already own my ork codex , BRB, blakc templar and space marines codexes. I was planning to jus tscan in the pages I want IE the armory and troop lists, though i migh thave to do a txt page fo rthe ork codex as the weapons aren't all on thier armory unfortunatly (which still bugs me about the ork codex)

I have an adobe app on my smartphone so i can DL and view the stuff from GW website and FW rules etc.
Just s shame you can't so the same for a quick sheet of other apoc stuff (assets etc) without lugging that huge book around.

yea, my pre has a pdf app and i can show the pages i have scanned in just they take a long time to load which is why the ereaders were very exciting to me.
alternitivly i am also debating since i just want the armory/ points amoutns i could type itall out in .txt format and so a simple unit list and a armoy .txt but that requires mroe effort... still only an hour or two though so might do that. I like the nook color I think i might go look at it, or the big kindle. I'll see if i like the nook color for reading since i want an ereaer to read too with a nonshiny screen

d-usa@ Unless you have some proof that any book I own was torrented and that I broke a law, or that any of us broke a law and did not scan our own books, I think you should cut down on your rhetoric.
Exactly...
It's NOT a law... it's a right of permission
GW should give us permission, GW should give the dual issue (PDF and eBook)
DVDs are now sold as triples (the new good ones)... Blueray / DVD / PC (ie: downloaded version)
if they sell it or give permission... there will be no piracy
Nobody cares if you have a copy for self use... everybody cares if you pirate it
Get a grip on real life all you lawyer wannabes... it was common practice to copy PC games as backup and use instead of the good copy.... as with CDs
It's only GW that has the hollier than thou attitude to fair use
It will come... either permission or the eBook version... as happened with BL

Stress… is when you wake up screaming and realise you haven't fallen asleep yet.
It is not necessary to understand things in order to argue about them.

Army Builder outputs in PDFs if you have AB3.
However, if you put that PDF on an e-reader(I've tried this on Sony, Literati, and Nook), the first page goes blank past the first line of stats. It's only a problem on the first page, the others are fine.
